In the world today we are bombarded through the news and popular culture with the worst side of humanity. All too often, in our own lives we experience the traumatic events mirrored in these media messages. Such painful experiences and violent imagery can retrigger past trauma and drain or limit our life force. The negativity that clings to us can obscure messages from our higher self. Over time, this negativity can move from the energetic plane to the body creating physical ailments and dis-ease. An energy attunement allows you to release old, stuck and toxic energy that has been trapped in our auric field. Using guided visualization, chakra clearing, and the gentle healing power of Reiki, an energy attunement can help you purge old trauma and accumulated negativity to give you a fresh perspective on your life and where you want to go. I am a certified Reiki master and have been working with guided meditation, chakra alignment, and energy fields for over almost 20 years. The guided meditations are personalized to explore your own particular issue or healing. ​ Often during a Reiki attunement, I will receive messages from the spirit realm for you or encounter one or more of your personal guides. These messages may be meaningful to you or not, but often it is good to know what else is energetically at work around you. Please know, if you feel uncomfortable with hearing any messages from your guides I will keep them to myself. This session lasts approximately 55 minutes and while all energy attunements can be done online, I personally prefer to do Reiki healing in person. Cost per session is $90.
